7:02 pm	I Hate Front End The one thing I truly hate is front end work. Was stuck in the department today doing a power steering rack and pump in A POS 1999 Cougar, that really sucks. Took all day, and only paid 4 hours. Well decompressing now with some Crown Royal. Current Mood: annoyed (Comment on this)

9:07 pm	As the Days go Flying By It’s been a bit but I’ll try to sum things up. Work has been busy which is a nice change, also had to take a few sick days thou got the flue which was going around. Helped my friend Phil move into his new home the past two weekends didn’t take long for he didn't have a lot of stuff. One Uhall trip and a few trips with his mothers Windstar and my Expedition, and basically everything was there now the fun part of putting it all away well that’s his problem. Also let’s not forget the endless trips to Wal-mart and Home Depo he now must endure. Back is a little sore for the move but hope it doesn’t get any worse it should pass I hope. Went to Boomers with Debbie and Oliva this Saturday night played Mimi golf some video games and a lot of air hockey, and of course went to Denney’s after did not get home till 4:00 am. We all had a great time thou, next time told Debbie she has to let us win a few more games of Air hockey so me and Oliva don’t feel so bad. Looking forward to a good week hope all goes well not a great start thou came into work on time and we were out of work. Current Mood: optimistic (Comment on this)

2:40 pm	Another Year Another Dollar Well my birthday has come and gone. It fell on Friday the lucky thirteenth this year at least it was not a full moon. Went to the Stained Glass Pub for dinner to see Holly; however thanks to my wonderful memory, I forgot she said that she would be out of town with her boyfriend visiting his parents in Virginia. Still had a good time thou with Laetitia, Kelly, and Jeff. After the pub drove down to Fort Lauderdale River Walk and checked it out was totally dead so we went to Beach Place. Wasn’t that busy there either walked around for a bit than played a few games of pool. After pool it was about 12:12 AM so we figured that Fort Lauderdale had a little bit more business so we went there, and we were right was quite busy. Ended up at an R&B club and danced till 2:30AM was a lot of fun, after that we closed the night at Denny’s and I hand my traditional Buffalo Chicken Strips yum. So got to bed around 4:40 after my shower and of course turned all phones to silent!!!! By the way Richard Ogden was the winner of first phone call 11:50 AM thank you sock drawer you did you job for my sleep was not disturbed. Finally got up around 2:30 PM and took it easy the rest of the day. Went to Richards on evil day (aka Valentine’s Day) for dinner, his wife Joyce wiped up some Walkers Wood sauce which we had with Salmon and all the trimmings was good. She got the mixture of the sauce just right not to spicy not to bland, have to beg her to make me a bottle for home. Current Mood: tired (Comment on this)

7:22 pm	Time Just Keeps on Flying By It’s been a bit again so I thought I would try and sum up the past few weeks. Work actually has been good no too much drama. Went to Bill’s last Sunday for his wife’s wake, he seamed alright but most likely he is just putting up a front. I’m sure it hits him most when he is all alone. Finally went to the bank today and deposited my rebate and pay checks. Got a few errands do today want to Burdines, Wal-Mart, the Bank, and lunch was a busy day off. Also went to another wake this Wednesday was my mom’s best friends husband he also had cancer. This is really starting to suck! After the wake went to Buca di Beppo and meet up with a few friends and had a good diner. Take my word on this do not I repeat DO NOT mix Calamari, Muscles, Veal Parmesan, Chicken Vesuvio with Baileys on the rocks it will all come back up again!!! Current Mood: mellow (Comment on this)

11:26 pm	It’s Been A While Well it has been almost two weeks since my last post. Been busy Sunday night got sick for some unknown reason and lost my dinner. Also tried to go to Office Max and get some DVD’s on special but they were sold out Figures. Work has been ok since ED quit unfortunately thou we are going to a three week rotation now for Saturdays. Got my Lap Top working properly on the wireless network at work now it no longer drops the connection. Warren also gave me a printer so I print out Oasis in my bay. Tonight went to Jen’s and watched Four Rooms with her was hilarious was hard to stop laughing at times was a nice night. Going to watch some SG1 before bed got to keep up on Tivo don’t want it to get full. Current Mood: tired (Comment on this)

3:07 pm	Another One Bites the Dust This morning was interesting left for work five minutes late but still managed to be on time; however came into work with the news Ed Jackson had just quit and was packing up his tool box. I guess he did not like Wednesday’s meeting where Warren told him he had to move to different bays next to Loraine or by me and Dick. Since the bays by me and Dick were full the only choice left was by Loraine and he was not going to deal with that so he quit. Imagine hating someone that much too where you quit your job with out having another job lined up! Well he did already take a drug test at another dealer, but he still hasn’t heard from them hope they call. So in retrospect we now have ten productive technicians the numbers keep going down and down not a good sign, we’re thinking about staring a pool to see who is next. My money would be on JJ because he just went on flat rate wait till he has a few bad weeks than out he goes. All in all thou I and happy for Ed because he wasn’t too happy here lately than again there aren’t many of use who are he just had the guts to do something about it. Went to lunch with the usual group today, something I look forward too every Friday a break from the Slim Fast and a good time with friends from work. Current Mood: irritated (Comment on this)
2:20 pm	A Bessie Few Days Wednesday night was good had a great time at my sister’s dinners was excellent as usual. I can say one thing about her hubbie he sure can cook. After din din we played Mario Cart for a while than Teken of coarse Mike handed me my ass in that game. He use to play that game all the time and it shows, for me what few moves I did learn when I played have been lost in that thing I call my memory. Had an easy night Thursday just relaxed and caught up on Tivo and computer stuff. Current Mood: hopeful (Comment on this)

12:31 am	Licensed to kill Today was a bit interesting had to wake up early for an appointment at the DMV. Got there at 7:45am and still had to wait in line for a half hour. After all was said and done got my new drivers license and ID card. Work was ok a bit busy which is good had a car with an intermittent short in the interior lighting system, of course it doesn’t start acting up till 5:30 the time I like to leave. Went out to dinner tonight with my good friend Kathy, Ed, and Ann was fun and had a lot to eat. Stopped and Wendy’s and got a small frosty, yea I’m really keeping up with my New Years resolution too lose those holiday pounds. Looking forward to dinner at my sister Wednesday night should be fun Kathy and Ed are going. Current Mood: calm (Comment on this)

1:26 am	Bla Bla Bla Well it was a nice and relaxing weekend didn’t do much. Saturday went out to dinner with one of my best friends Kathy. She had just got in town and we had to hook up and catch up on old times. Had a good dinner at the Stained Glass Pub also saw our good friend Holy there. She now works there since she came back from Tampa. After dinner we went for a drive up and down the A1A strip Kathy missed the beach, than rented some movies from blockhead to finish off the night. Came home and stayed up to 6am watching Alias season one woke up at noon thanks to the dog barking and started watching season two, I guess you could say that I’m addicted. Could you really blame me hot chick (Jennifer Garner) who kicks ass and the story line keeps you going too. Had dinner at dad’s Sunday and helped him with his laptop still was not able to get him on his network but got his flash drive working and Quick books. Guess I’m looking forward to work tomorrow have a few good jobs lined up. Well should be getting to bed now but have to watch at least another Alias episode. 12:24 am	Another Day Another Dollar Well today was interesting got to work on time I might add, did my first job which was a Front End job. Wasn’t too happy about that because I hate working it that department. It's not that I can't do the work I just don't like the work as much as A/C Electrical or Drive-ability. Started to get a few more jobs to try and catch up the A/C Electrical department but of course all my efforts went in vein, because they started giving me Front End work too. Than they wonder why their backed up in A/C Electrical. Anyways after work got ready for dinner with friends. We decided to go the Greek Island Restaurant on A1A it was ok but I wouldn't say great. I had Salmon as usual wasn't that good a bit waterier but at least the Calamari was good. We talked for hours and had a good time remembering past jobs and high school pranks, was a lot of fun. Well going to finish out the night watching some of season 1 of Alias once you start watching them you can't stop you just want to keep watching and watching until the end. 1:03 am	My first entry Well the new year has started and I don't know if I'm ready for 2004. I just hope this year doesn't fly by as fast as 2003. Not looking forward to work today but it is one of those things I have to do until I win the lottery. Looking forward to going out to dinner tonight with friends should be fun were thinking about going to a Greek place for dinner, as long as my back does not start acting up again. I feel like a cripple sometimes when it's not behaving can't stand for too long, can't sit can't do much of anything. At worst case I'll just take some pain pills and keep going.
